CrossFit can be intimidating, but it shouldn’t be.  We provide some easy steps in order to get you up to speed and prepared to join our regular group classes.  We have people of all different ages and skill levels training with us and thriving.

1.  Try a free intro class!  We offer them on Monday evening at 8pm and Saturday morning at 10am.

2.  Sign up for our three-week introductory On-Ramp program.  This class will teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare you to join the regular group class.  The classes are largely instructional, but we promise you will get a great workout too!  At the end of the three weeks, we give you a week of free regular classes to round out your first month.

3.  After you complete our On-Ramp program, sign up for our regular group classes. (Please do not sign up for the regular group classes if you are not a seasoned CrossFitter, or have completed our On-Ramp program.  This is to ensure that you have the best possible class experience.)

4.  Get in the best shape of your life and have a great time doing it!
