Steve Lynch

Steve has been CrossFitting since 2009.  As most of us do, Steve found CrossFit to be a life-changing experience and decided to dedicate more and more of his time to it.  Eventually deciding to leave the corporate world and his desk behind, he fell in love with helping people realize that they are capable of things they never thought possible.  Never short on motivation, he looks forward to sharing that with people every day.
