Our total was awesome on Saturday.  Some serious P.R’s.  Now that we are finished with the total we will be focusing on team workouts for the next few weeks.  We have been off front squats so take a modest approach today.

Daily workout:
Warm up:
200 meter run
then
2 rds
10 bird dogs
5 iron crosses with 3 second hold
45 second dancer stretch

Part A:
Front squat five sets of three

Part B:
In teams of two complete as many rounds in 12 minutes with one partner working while the other rest.  Partners can only change after completing a whole round:
